I wanted to do something small this year, then a mentioned my haunted houses to a co-worker and he quickly said "I want in!". So much for keeping it small.

Anyway, I started with the idea of putting insect-like spines on my back, but I soon replaced myself with a skeleton puppet. The results were quite good. I could have stopped there, but for some reason I thought it would be cool to have spikes emerge from the eye-sockets of skulls on the ceiling and have the ceiling start to lower on the kids. That turned into a major project but the results were many, many screams.
